House Possibility

Here is a mock-up I made of one possibility to improve our curb appeal. It would be very expensive though, so we would probably have to do it in stages-build studs and screen in porch adding screen door at new door location, Then later wall in porch and add real front door, then later add little covered area in front of door and new stoop. And here is my inspiration:

Floor Plans

Here is the floor plan of our new house as it is now. We want to change quite a few things about the openings between rooms and the closets, but will mostly keep the general idea of the layout.

Our New House

Here is our new house. The picture from the real estate listing. Although we have technically owned the house almost 12 months now, the remodeling is only now beginning in earnest. I also received a digital camera for Xmas and will be able to better chronicle our progress.
